C3 Food Service subscribes to an OHS Management System (OSEC) which is based on the OHSAS18001 standards and endeavours to maintain this level and others as required by law. Any part of the system which does not comply will be incorporated into the OSEC system as and when required. C3 Food Services makes use of an external auditor to ensure that compliance levels are met. Each site is treated individually and our OHS manuals are tailor-made to suit the individual site’s requirements.

HACCP
Food safety and hygiene is at the top of C3 Food Services’ list of priorities. Each of our contracts operates under a Food Safety Management System that is in compliance with SANS 10330:2007. A Food Safety Manual has been developed and implemented into each kitchen which enables C3 to manage company operations and activities within the framework established by the manual.
